In this paper, we derive the universal (cut-off-independent) part of holographic entanglement entropy in noncommutative Yang-Mills theory and examine its properties detail. The behavior as a function scale system changes drastically between large noncommutativity small noncommutativity. strong subadditivity inequality for entropies is modified entropic $c$-function defined by means also addition, there transition at finite temperature.
